Meet Dr. Edwin Hojilla
Your Partner in Health and Fitness
Board certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, Dr. Edwin Hojilla is a healthcare provider who really gets it. He works with patients of all ages, treating common issues like high blood pressure, diabetes, and infections. He's also an expert in sports-related treatments to keep you active and pain-free.
Dr. Hojilla earned top marks at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for his bachelor's degree and excelled at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He's completed specialized training in both family and sports medicine, making him a go-to expert in his field.
But Dr. Hojilla isn't just about the medical books and the lab coat. He's an active officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and a sportsman in his own right, with accolades in wrestling as a former NCAA Division I National Qualifier and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He's not just treating athletes; he understands them because he is one.
Why did he choose medicine? Simple. "I love meeting new people and making a real difference in their health," he says. "Helping someone feel better and stay active is the best part of my job."
Outside of work, Dr. Hojilla is a family man with four kids. He loves trying out new foods and keeps himself fit.
Dr. Edwin Hojilla isn't just your doctor; he's your ally in leading a healthier, happier life.
